Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfy beds, a large bath in the bathroom, and lovely soaps and creams, but the overall look is a bit outdated. The service stands out with extremely lovely and helpful staff, especially Elijah at the Pool Bar. The location is very good, close to the lagoon, restaurants, and CBD but in need of a modern update. The dining experience is delightful with many variety options, while the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel was priced at $400 a night; I wish breakfast was included in that. The rooms were clean, spacious, and felt welcoming, perfect for using phones and laptops. The service was exceptional, especially cooking delicious vegetarian food and making my girlfriend's birthday extra special. However, compared to a Cairns hotel receptionist, the service was praiseworthy. Paying $22 per day for parking was a downside, contrasting with the hotel's perfect location within walking distance to shops and local attractions. The dining experience at the hotel was top-notch, with excellent quality, presentation, and selection. The facilities exceeded expectations, making the stay enjoyable.
The hotel boasts a spacious room with large comfy beds, a balcony offering stunning views of the harbor, and a luxurious bathroom with a big bath and separate shower. However, the price for the room might not match its older condition.
The hotel rooms were very clean and fairly modern, with a slight smell of mold but overall immaculate. They featured the biggest and most comfortable bed we have experienced and offered a live nature show every night. The spacious room had a spectacular balcony with great Wi-Fi.
The hotel offers spacious and impeccably clean rooms with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The service is friendly and helpful, although some areas could use upgrading. The location is central, providing easy access to various attractions. The dining options are varied, but there might be some organization issues. Overall, a value-for-money option with a few drawbacks to consider.
The hotel offers very spacious rooms that could benefit from some minor renovations to freshen up their appearance. Despite being a little dated, they are impeccably clean. The service was stellar, with staff going above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the town center and the waterfront. However, improvements could be made in terms of traffic flow and menu variety. The dining experience was subpar for the price, lacking variety and quality. The facilities are generally good, although some areas could use some enhancement.
